We made it to Texas. The kids and I left on Friday June 13. We arrived Saturday night and it was a very uneventful ride. No rain. Good kids. Lots of "Rocky and Bullwinkle" on DVD (thanks for the player Jenni!). We had great driving weather. We are staying at my cousin's house. It is a beautiful home and there is a pool water park as part of the neighborhood. We have been having a good time just relaxing in the comfortable 105 degree weather :D It is pretty much try to do things to stay cool! I will post pictures when I get home. (I got my camera back on Thursday before we left)
