NINE!?!?!?!?!

Okay, how can it be that my girls are going to be 9? That is an impossibility. I don't see how. I think they are like 3, or maybe 4, but not 9! It is creeping up on me really fast, and I don't like it! No big party planned, just a little celebration. I just can't believe it!

The weekend was nice. Friday the kids had friends over to play. That is always exciting. They enjoyed playing outside and made a "picnic" on the deck.

Cole's Room

So....Cole wanted a SAFARI room....I was not too excited about it, so we decided on blue and adding decor to make it look like a Safari (still working on that part)

Weekend

Okay, I am getting a little bit of flack for not posting enough :)

Today is beautiful and sunny out. I love spring. We are working on homework assignments because Morgan and Tori have reports due. Not fun when the weather is so nice out. Last night we had some friends over for dinner. It was so nice to visit and relax. Bryson also came over for the weekend. I love having him here. He is so silly! I am still working on getting some pictures posted of Cole's room. I will try to by tomorrow night!

Sick AGAIN!

Okay, Morgan is sick now. This has been like the worst year for just your run of the mill sicknesses in our house. I have called in sick to work only 1 time EVER until this year. This is my third time : ( Oh, well, can't help it, and kiddos come first. At least my boss is very understanding since she has 2 kids of her own, but still, I feel bad because I know it puts everyone out. Hopefully Morgan is up and ready to go tomorrow.

Ramble.......

Still working on the room....it is turning out better than I thought (course I spent a little more than origionally planned). I will post a pic when I am done. That is pretty much keeping me busy, what with doing the regular stuff too.

I love my new vehicle.....I am not quite sure what to call it. It is not a car, not a truck, not a station wagon (although that is what it says on the title), and it sounds funny to say "the SUV". Cole has started calling it the 4x4. I also don't want to say "the Yukon" because that just sounds weird.....I don't know. I am rambling because I am tired, and it is only 9pm. Anyways, very comfortable, and I love having the 4wheel drive since it has been so icy lately.

The kids are doing good. Morgan had a bout with ear infection, seems to be clearing up with antibiotics. Tori is doing very well, loving school, and very excited already about fourth grade. Cole is loving school, and loves to stay home. Whenever we are out he says he would like to go back home. He doesn't complain, but just wants us to know. :)

This week is busy as usual. I have Weds off, and am hoping to finish up the little bit left on Cole's room, and also to get together with my friend Stacy. Well, sorry about the rambling.

Crazy Weather

Well, the weather is kinda crazy, so we will likely be in for the weekend...supposed to bad roads and all. I went to Home Depot this morning and bought paint to do Cole's room. I am excited to see what it turns out like. Lots of work though......I will post a pic when done.
