Chiropractor

Today I went to the chiropractor for the first time ever. At the advice of my good friend I went to hers. It was great. I feel so much better. Occasionally I suffer from stiff neck, can't turn my head, etc. He checked everything out and said that I have quite a bad mis alignment, and even a bit of scoliosis. That freaked me out! Don't older people get that?!?! He said it is a different kind, and mine is not bad, but enough to make me uncomfortable and in this pain. He did some cracking, and snapping, and voila, I feel GREAT! I need to go back a few more times, to make sure everything stays where it should, it is worth it to me.
